Our buildings are mostly heated by fuel wood gathered on our land and scrap from our businesses. Most of our houses use cleaner central wood heat and some have high-efficiency low-pollution units.

We've provided fuel wood through our sustainable harvest forestry program which has operated continuously since the 1970s.
